5. MUSIC PRODUCTION & RECORDING SERVICES
5.1 Service Booking & Payment
- All Services require advance booking and payment

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund eligibility
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment
5.2 Studio Time & Recording Terms
- Studio time is booked in specified time slots
- Users are responsible for providing any necessary materials (lyrics, beats, reference tracks)
- Tempire Records is not responsible for lost, damaged, or corrupted recordings due to technical failure beyond our control
- Professional studio etiquette is required; we reserve the right to refuse service to disruptive clients
5.3 Master Recording Ownership
- Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, the artist/client retains ownership of their master recording
- Tempire Records retains the right to use recordings for portfolio, promotional, and educational purposes with artist permission
- Exclusive rights, if granted, will be specified in separate written contracts
5.4 Mixing & Mastering
- Mixing and mastering services are provided based on client specifications
- Revisions are subject to additional fees if they exceed agreed-upon revision limits
- Final deliverables will be provided in agreed-upon formats
5.5 Liability for Content
Tempire Records is not responsible for:
- Damage to artist equipment brought into the studio
- Loss or corruption of backup files not maintained by the studio
- Quality issues resulting from inadequate source material or client specifications
- Delays caused by client unavailability or material changes
6. ARTIST MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
6.1 Artist Agreement
Artists working with Tempire Records under management agreements are bound by separate written contracts specifying:
- Rights and responsibilities
- Commission and revenue splits
- Term of agreement
- Termination conditions
6.2 Representations & Warranties
By signing an artist agreement, you represent that:
- You have the legal right to enter into the agreement

11. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
